North Carolina Solar Farm

Future Energy Resources, LLC identified a landowner and teamed with a solar developer to build a 5MW solar farm on an 80 acre tract of land in North Carolina. The feasibility assessment was completed and received approval by the Federal Energy Regulator Commission.  The project is currently moving through the local government's planning approval process.  Once completed, the project will have over 21,000 solar panels; generate electricity for over 2500 homes and businesses; and create approximately 100 construction jobs.
